A native of Criciúma - SC, Brazil, Mr. Dal-Toe is finishing his M.A in International Peace and Conflict Resolution (IPCR) at American University in Washington D.C. He also holds an M.A in International Relations Theory from the University of Kent at Brussels, and a B.A in Government and World Affairs from the University of Tampa.
